Preheat the oven to 350℉.
Flour your surface and roll the pizza dough into a circle.
Brush the dough with the beaten egg. Lightly sprinkle all over with about 1 tbsp oregano, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper.
Layer both cheeses, and pepperoni on the dough, leaving about an inch around the edge.
Roll up the dough and pinch edges together. Fold the ends underneath.
Brush the loaf with remaining egg and lightly sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of pepper.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top.
Let rest for 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy!
